Order Changes / Cancellations
To serve you better, Wild Moxie will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Wild Moxie is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just send it back to Wild Moxie for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Products must be returned within 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on WildMoxie.com. A Wild Moxie store credit will be issued for returns of products after 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip when returned.
- The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Wild Moxie.
- Exchanges: Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. A store credit will be issued for the difference in price and tax for exchanges of lesser value.
- Store credit will be issued for returns that are not made within 60 days of shipment to the customer.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
How to return a product to Wild Moxie:
To return a Wild Moxie purchase, include the product receipt or packing slip. You can log in to your online account to reprint your Invoice.
Mail your return using a traceable shipping method (we recommend Fedex, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

Wild Moxie does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned Check Policy
A service fee will be added for any check returned unpaid by the bank. In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically. A 10-day waiting period is required for refunds on personal checks.
Shipping Rates and Shipping Policies
Wild Moxie ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Wild Moxie does not ship to international addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
FREE Shipping Promotions
- Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Shipping service only.
- FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time.
Orders received by 12PM PST (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day.
Orders received after 12PM PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.
Some oversized and/or overweight items will incur an additional $3.00 fee. You will be aware of this fee when ordering.
Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.
Certain essential oils and fragrances may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) due to their low flashpoints.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
Redeeming Coupons at WildMoxie.com
To redeem a Wild Moxie coupon with a valid coupon code, place all items you would like to purchase in your shopping basket. Redeem your coupon by entering the coupon code in the space provided and click APPLY CODE. If the coupon code is valid, the applicable discount or promotion will appear in the shopping basket. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order on WildMoxie.com and each coupon code may only be redeemed once.
Wild Moxie makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item if/when it is back in stock.

Sales tax will be applied to your order during Checkout for Washington residents.
